แจ้ง Error. ว่า There is a problem with this website’s security certificate.
เกิดจาก IE10 บน Windows 8 ได้มีการปรับปรุงด้านความปลอดภัย ทำให้ไม่สามารถเข้าเว็บไซต์ที่มีการเข้ารหัสด้วย Certificate ที่เข้ารหัส RSA น้อยกว่า 1024 บิต ตามเอกสารที่ http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2661254
วิธีแก้ คือ เปลี่ยนเบราเซอร์ 
หรือ อีกวิธีคือ เปิด cmd ด้วยสิทธิ์ของผู้ใช้ระดับ administrator แล้วสั่งคำสั่งต่อไปนี้ certutil -setreg chain\minRSAPubKeyBitLength 512
ผลที่ได้
ปิด IE10 แล้วเปิดใหม่ ทดสอบเปิด Oracle Enterprise Manager 11gr2 อีกครั้ง
