  • Zoom PSU (09) การดึง Reports หรือผู้เข้าร่วมประชุมผ่าน Zoom

    1.1 คลิกลิงก์ https://psu-th.zoom.us >> กด Sign in >>กรอกบัญชีผู้ใช้ด้วย PSU Passport

    1.2 คลิก Reports >> คลิก Usage

    1.3 คลิกเลือกวันที่เริ่มต้น >>คลิกเลือกวันที่สิ้นสุด >> กรอก Zoom Meeting ID >> คลิก Participants

    1.4 คลิก Export with meeting data >> คลิก Export

    1.5 ระบบจะ Download ไฟล์ .csv มาเก็บที่เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ของตนเอง

  • Zoom PSU (08) อัพเดต Zoom Workplace

    1. ตรวจสอบ App Zoom บน Windows
      1.1 ตรง Taskbar ล่าง คลิกลูกศร ^
      1.2 คลิกขวาตรงสัญลักษณ์ Zoom
      1.3 คลิก Check for updates

    หรือ หาก Sign in เข้าใช้งานบัญชีสำเร็จแล้ว ให้คลิกตรงสัญลักษณ์ Profile (มุมบนขวา) > คลิก Check for updates

    คลิก Update > คลิก Install

    กรณีเป็นเวอร์ชั่นปัจจุบัน จะแสดงข้อความ “You are up to date”

    กรณีที่ไม่สามารถกด Update ได้ > ให้ Uninstall Zoom ตัวเดิม > Download Zoom ตัวใหม่จากหน้าเว็บ https://zoom.us/download มาติดตั้งแทน
